Terms of trade

Pricing & quotes

Prices shown in the design tool are ex GST and current at the time you submit your order. Tiered pricing applies based on quantity — the more you order, the lower the per-shirt price.

Turnaround time

Standard turnaround is 5 business days from your deposit being paid and your design being approved — not from when you first submit the order. If a busier period means it'll take longer, we'll tell you upfront before you pay anything.

Payment terms

Orders are secured with a 50% deposit; the remaining balance is due before delivery or pickup. See Returns & Refunds for how deposits are handled if an order is cancelled.

Your artwork

By uploading a logo, image, or design, you're confirming you own it or have permission to use it. We print what you send us in good faith — if artwork turns out to infringe someone else's copyright or trademark, that's between you and them, not us.

Order changes & cancellations

Need to change sizing, artwork, or quantity? Get in touch as early as possible — changes are easy before production starts, and difficult or impossible once it has. See Returns & Refunds for the detail on cancellations specifically.
