Pressline (ABN 36 308 790 854) collects a small amount of personal information to process your order — here's exactly what, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Your name, email, and phone number
• Delivery or pickup details
• Any artwork, photos, or text you upload for your design
• Order details — garment size, colour, quantity, notes, and price

Why we collect it

Only to make and deliver your order — to contact you about it, produce the design, arrange delivery or pickup, and process payment.

Payment information

We never see or store your card details. Payments are handled directly by Stripe, a payment processor used by businesses worldwide — your card information goes straight to them, not to us.

Who we share it with

Nobody, other than Stripe for processing payment. We don't sell or rent your information to anyone, ever.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for around five years, in line with standard business record-keeping practice. Uploaded artwork and design files are kept only as long as needed to complete your order.

Your rights

As a small business, we're not always legally required to comply with the Privacy Act — but we handle your information carefully regardless. If you'd like to see what we hold about you, or want it deleted, just ask via the Contact page.
